Stayed in Unit 209. Great unit with gorgeous views. What makes a stay at the Breakers so worth it is the staff. Tracey and staff in the office take care of everything. I wonder how it is possible for them to do what they do! They certainly earn their keep. On the exterior you have Mike and Jerry assuring that the complex is well taken care of and always pristine. I truly appreciate the amount of attention and pride they take in their jobs. Hoping their board realizes what a great team they have!

We love Siesta Breakers because the location and access to the beach! Unit 209 is updated with fantastic views. Everything you need for a wonderful trip to the beach!

Perfect weather and great location. The complex was in very good shape considering what happened last fall. Only the landscaping needed to be repaired/replaced.. The reason for selecting a waterfront unit is to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. But the balcony furniture is so bad that it ruins this experience. The hi-top table is rust pitted and the wooden chairs are very weathered. The other two chairs are small and not the type that you can sit back and relax. Other reviews mentioned that the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. I agree. We ended up going to bed earlier than we wanted because we just couldn't sit there any longer. Other than that , the unit was very nice.

We had a great experience staying here for a week during during spring break. The location was 100% perfect as well as the views and private beach area. We've already recommended you to our friends who plan on coming down next spring break.

The living room couch and porch furnishings in Unit 209 were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The Breakers staff were wonderful and professional. We plan to return again but will likely choose a different unit.

Great unit just needs a new couch in the main sitting area. Current is a sleeper sofa that was very uncomfortable to sit in.
